Breathtaking smells, taste and beauty of fresh baked bread attracted Gerard since he was a little boy. Every day, coming back from school, he stopped by his home village boulangerie to rediscover the oven born wonders...

Gerard have graduated from the world famous Grand Moulins de Paris, have traveled a lot and now shares his secrets at Boulangerie Garcon.
